A Word From The NRA...

...with a little help from me.

(I've taken the liberty of highlighting what I thought were the important points on the fact sheet.)

Did you ever think you’d see a President so radically anti-gun that he would arm Mexican drug cartels and endanger American lives to push a gun control agenda?

That’s exactly what Barack Obama and his administration did.
At least one U.S. Border Patrol agent and hundreds of Mexican citizens have been murdered with guns given to violent drug cartels with the help of the Obama administration.
And despite all of this, most mainstream media outlets refuse to cover the critical parts of this story.
The media doesn’t care how many innocent Americans and Mexicans die as a result of the Obama administration’s illegal Fast and Furious operation. They just want to protect their President and help Obama win reelection.
So it’s up to you, me and NRA-ILA to get these ten facts about Fast and Furious into the hands of as many voters as possible before Election Day.
Media elitists will go to any length to defend Barack Obama and destroy our firearm freedoms... even if it means helping Obama cover up the biggest White House scandal since Watergate.
Please help NRA-ILA break through the media’s information blockade by emailing, printing, sharing through Facebook, and distributing this Fast and Furious Fact Sheetto every gun owner you know.
With your help, we can beat Obama on Election Day!!!
Sincerely,
Chris W. Cox
Executive Director, NRA-ILA

Oh, yeah --  I almost forgot...

What's So Hard To Understand About NO COMPROMISE?!

Ever since “Boner” became Speaker, he’s given it away. We can be so close to what we want and he can ALWAYS manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. As in the article below, there have been times when no compromise was even necessary -- when it was going our way -- yet, he’ll STILL find a way to compromise.

Just ONE example is when he didn’t stand strong on his demands for the debt ceiling with Obimbo. That’s when Obimbo was given the full deck of cards to create the “Super Committee.” That worked out really well, didn’t it?

Is this just what cry-babies do? Or, maybe, 20 years in the House with Queen Pelosi has something to do with it. Come to think of it, I’d go around crying all the time, too, if I had to think about being around Pelosi... PERIOD!

Like I've said before, I'll vote Republican. But I'm going to focus more on the House and Senate races so that, hopefully,
we’re not completely screwed, down-ballot, later on.

Boehner Sabotaging Fast and Furious Probe?

From The Patriot Update -- Rumors abound this week of secret negotiations, backdoor meetings and veiled threats aimed at halting Rep. Issa’s investigation of the Fast and Furious scandal. Regretfully, such rumors are all too credible given Speaker Boehner’s history of always seeking a compromise even when victory is in sight.
What’s going on here? Every time Issa’s committee holds a public hearing, new evidence comes to light. Why should the investigation be aborted? Why would Republicans want the investigation halted? What possible “deal” could the White House offer to Boehner to persuade him to end the investigation? The only compromise Republicans in Congress should accept in the case of Attorney General Holder is his early resignation instead of impeachment and removal.
The reported “deal” Boehner and Holder are discussing would let higher ups in the Department of Justice off the hook if they prosecute one or two individual ATF supervisors. Holder would then claim he “cleaned up the mess” and be free from any moral or political culpability. How does that sound, folks?
Rep. Issa must persevere in his investigation and seek the truth no matter where it leads. As for Speaker Boehner, if he has a problem with this, he should go into the hospital for a backbone transplant.
Maybe “Boner” needs to spend a little less time on the tanning bed and more time at the gym trying to build up that backbone.

And, maybe, the name “Boner” doesn’t fit him after all; he sure doesn’t have one up his back.

Obama And Holder Should Put The Race Card Back In The Deck.

This is from a LENGTHY column written by David (note that’s David, NOT Rush) Limbaugh. There’s probably a lot of places where I should have used the “...” to indicate missing copy. I did where I thought it necessary -- sometimes I didn’t. If you want the whole thing in its entirety, you can read it here.
President Obama led us to believe that he would be a post-racial president who would bring the races together, but it’s gotten to where you can’t criticize this most leftist administration in American history without someone accusing you of racism.
The most recent example involves criticism of Attorney General Eric Holder over Fast and Furious ... . Throughout, despite having received detailed memos from DOJ officials about it, Holder has denied he was aware of it.
The scandal and Holder’s stonewalling have led to some 60 congressmen demanding his resignation, and 75 cosponsoring a House resolution calling for a “no-confidence” vote on his performance as attorney general.
Holder has defiantly denied culpability, and President Obama the Chief Idiot of the United States,* without betraying the slightest concern, has proclaimed his complete confidence in Holder. In a New York Times** interview, Holder suggested race was partially driving a “more extreme segment” against him and Obama.
Holder said, “This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him, both due to the nature of our relationship, and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.” When pressed for some proof to support Holder’s allegation, the Justice Department did not respond. Nor has the White House distanced itself from Holder’s comments.
Nor was this the first time Holder had invoked the issue of race. During a speech commemorating Black History Month shortly after he became attorney general, Holder said the American people are “essentially a nation of cowards when it comes to racial matters.”
This seemed to many a curious way to celebrate the election of an African-American president, not to mention reflecting Holder’s sizable preoccupation with race and his apparent perception of societal problems through a racial lens. It could also help to explain his Justice Department’s indefensible dismissal of an already won voter intimidation case against New Black Panther Party members using the specious excuse that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute.
None of this comes as any surprise, however, because President Obama had telegraphed his race-oriented mindset in his book, in his church association and in his projecting statement that small-town people “cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them.” He has worn race on his sleeve numerous times as president.
When a white police officer in Cambridge, Mass., arrested Harvard professor Henry Gates, an African-American, Obama, without having heard both sides of the case, publicly injected himself into the local matter and gratuitously smeared the entire police department as having “acted stupidly.” In addition, Obama told guests at a private dinner at the White House that race was probably a key component in the rising opposition to his presidency, especially among tea party members.
Not only has Obama made these viscerally charged racial statements, he has also consciously appealed to minority groups with specific reference to their race. In a Democratic National Committee video in April 2010, he urged “young people, African-Americans, Latinos and women ... to stand together once again.” Shortly before the November 2010 congressional elections, he told an audience that Republicans “are counting on black folks staying home.” Separately, he appealed to Latino voters not to stay home at election time but to “punish our enemies” and not go along with the Republicans’ “cynical attempt to discourage Latinos from voting.”
Conservative opposition to Obama isn’t about race, and I’m confident this administration is well aware of that but is using the race card anyway, out of political desperation, to the destruction of the nation, and to racial relations. It’s disgraceful and unconscionable.
“It’s disgraceful and unconscionable.” -- Isn’t this what EVERYTHING about the present Mafiaized administration has been about all along?

I’m sorry Mafia. I shouldn’t have compared the Mafia to the present “administration.” Even the Mafia has a code of honor and ethics.

* There, I fixed it for him.
** What else would you expect?

Eric Holder: “How I’ve Managed To Stay Out Of Jail... So Far.”

As an American tax paying citizen, I hold YOU, Eric Holder -- and any other present ‘administration’ officials responsible for Operation Fast and Furious, as an accessory to murder. So far, you’ve got the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on your hands, Holder. That’s not counting the more than 200+ deaths that Pinal County, Ariz., Sheriff Paul Babeu says that he figures came from Operation Fast and Furious.

The Justice Department says that you get information, updates, memos and briefings on a daily basis but that you don’t always read them all. My question is, “Why not?”

What, exactly, are you there for if you’re not going to oversee what you were hired to head up? The way it works in ‘real life’ is, crap rises to the top. In your case, Holder, it seems to have worked both ways.

Personally, I don’t see this type of operation as one that the ATF could have authorized on their own. It HAD to have had your fingerprints all over it, Holder. Just based on the people that have talked -- and about what they’ve talked about -- within the ATF, tells me that.

Another question I have is, how much did YOUR boss -- the Chief Idiot of the United States -- know about all of this? More than we’ll EVER know, I’m sure.

In my lifetime, I’ve been through a lot of administrations but NONE as corrupt, greedy, incompetent and as thoroughly disgusting as THIS one. Having gone through the Carter and Clinton years, somehow, this was still easy to say!

The ONLY person I see doing his job, and who HAS TO BE the most UNDERPAID person in the present ‘administration,’ is White House Press Secretary Jay Carney. How he can manage to shovel out the BS he does, day in and day out, I’ll never know.

How Carney sleeps at night is something that I’d like to know, too. My nightmares are only about Viet Nam.
