'The Speech'... Why Waste Bandwidth?

At first, I wasn't even going to waste the bandwidth to do a post on 'The Speech.' 

"How can you comment on something you DIDN'T EVEN WATCH," you ask?

Simple. It doesn't take a mental giant to figure out the path The Chosen One's BS is going to take you on.

Apparently (from everything that I've had to hear, read and see,) Obimbo -- ONCE AGAIN -- lived up to my expectations BEYOND my wildest dreams.

Mickey Kaus, a Democrat pundit who ran against Boxer in the last election wrote this

... he achieved the rare, magical combination of seeming desperate and condescending at the same time.

I realize that $447 billion isn't much (not when you put 14 trillion next to it)... and we'll just pay it back in ten years... (say it real fast and you'll never notice it) but what about the $862 billion stimulus program for jobs in 2010? That one averaged out to be $278,000 for each job that WASN'T created and that money is GONE. 

Poof.

Just like that -- GONE -- with nothing to show for it (except, now, we OWE SOMEBODY a LOT of MONEY.) Now, ANOTHER $447 billion to see if THIS one will work? 

Other than being about half of what was shoved down a rat hole the first time, what's the difference? 

For me, the lyrics to an old Jerry Jeff Walker song keep coming to mind about Obimbo and his administration... "I've been taken again."

Like I said before, I won’t be watching ‘The Speech’; hearing the 'same old - same old' wore thin a loooong time ago, I’m not that in to Bingo, I have better things to do (sort my sock drawer or -- as JonBerg suggested -- clean my toilet bowl) and I don’t want to give a viewership point on my cable/satellite/coal oil lantern.


This has been around FOREVER... now it seems to be REALLY appropriate. I gotta give credit where credit is due for this thing.

Here is something to help make Obama’s Obimbo’s* speech almost tolerable. Just print out this page, distribute it to friends, and listen... (be sure to read directions at the bottom)

I spoke to Framingham Public Information Officer Lieutenant Delaney who told me that when Onyango Obama Obimbo* was asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the Kenyan immigrant replied: “I think I will call the White House.” 

Ummm-hummmm... yeah, that’ll work.

Meet the new face of the Obama Obimbo* administration’s dangerous and unlawful approach to illegal immigration. His name is Onyango Obama Obimbo.* And yes, he is related to the president Idiot of America in Charge.* 

According to the August 31 edition of The Boston Globe:

The uncle of President Obama Idiot of America in Charge Obimbo,* arrested here last week on drunken driving and other charges, has been a fugitive from deportation since 1992, according to two federal law enforcement officials with knowledge of the case....

Uncle Omar, whose blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit, is the brother of Obama’s Obimbo’s* infamous “Auntie Zeituni,” who was previously “discovered” living illegally in the Boston area. She was granted asylum despite having disobeyed a 2004 deportation order.

The bottom line, as I note in my statement, is that “Uncle Omar is exactly the kind of person that local police would have been able to easily keep off the streets as a result of new immigration laws in states such as Arizona and Georgia, which are being challenged in court by the Obama Obimbo* administration.”)

But here’s the good news for Uncle Omar (and the horrible news for anyone concerned about the illegal immigration crisis and the rule of law). He’s probably not going anywhere. And neither are millions of other illegal aliens living in the shadows, including convicted criminals.

As reported by Newsmax:

Low-priority cases, which she believes waste enforcement resources, will be dismissed in defiance of existing U.S. immigration laws passed by Congress and signed into law by previous presidents.

So that’s it. After more than a year of denying that “stealth amnesty” was the official illegal immigration policy of the Obama Obimbo* administration, the Obama Obimbo* gang has finally fessed up. Illegal aliens will not be deported or pursued. Amnesty is here.

And don’t believe the Obama Obimbo* administration’s lies when it comes to illegal aliens with criminal records. We already know from documents we uncovered in July that Obama Obimbo*  administration officials are actively considering the dismissal of charges against illegal alien criminals, even those convicted of violent crimes! (If you need anecdotal evidence, just look at how Janet Napolitano’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) handled the case of the nun-killing illegal alien.)

The documents show that the Obama Obimbo* administration is obviously lying about its stealth amnesty activities and indicate an alarming contempt for Congress and the rule of law. Frankly, these documents show that Obama Obimbo* immigration officials don’t even know what the law is!

The Obama Obimbo* administration cannot simply pick and choose which federal immigration laws it will enforce. In its zeal to curry favor with the illegal alien lobby and secure Hispanic votes for a second term, the Obama Obimbo* administration is exercising raw executive power to change the law by granting illegal aliens amnesty in a way that strikes at the heart of our constitutional system and the rule of law....

Talk About ‘Tough Love!’

This strays from Obimbo bashing, but the headline from an Australian newspaper caught my eye this morning.

Shamed Libyan dad’s ‘honour’ killing 

A Libyan father killed his three daughters after pro-Gaddafi soldiers raped them, in an attempt to rid the family of the shame, a human rights group says. 

Soldiers raped the sisters aged 15, 17 and 18 , in the town of Tomina, east Libya, US-based Physicians for Human Rights said. 

When they returned home, their father slit their throats in what the rights group said was most likely an honour killing.

Yeah, it takes a ‘MAN’ to do that.


And that’s the difference between Eastern and Western cultures.


I might never know who did it to my daughters, but I’d have 12 heads stuck on a pole outside my front door -- four for each daughter that was violated.


But it takes a REAL ‘MAN’ to kill his own family because HIS ‘honour’ had been sullied.


What I’d like to know is, where the ‘MAN’ was while all this was going on.


In the same article, the joke of the day.

A leaked document drafted by a Libya taskforce reporting to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon called for up to 200 military observers and 190 UN police to help to stabilise the country.

Ummm-huhhh. The UN comes to save the day, AGAIN. With those numbers (especially from the UN,) there should be no fear of rioting in the streets.


Let’s re-cap this: The UN (along with U.S. aid) has help the rebels topple a leader that’s been in power 40+ years. The rebels now have pretty much control of the country. The rebels are... who ARE the rebels? There’s a sneaking suspicion that they came from, and were armed by, Iran. And there you have it. YET another Jimmy Carter moment. And THANK YOU, Obimbo.

I will ALWAYS manage to diss Obimbo. ALWAYS.
